Private 1-on-1 Classes 

 

In a private yoga session, you are provided with a safe environment and personalized guidance through each posture with focus on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and meditation.  It is a fantastic way to learn at your own pace, giving you the opportunity to practice and improve.  You will develop confidence and strength to achieve poses you never thought possible.  These sessions are especially recommended for individuals with previous injuries or special needs.
